Residents and patients receiving home care services in the community or in assisted living facilities in Minnesota have rights designed to ensure that they receive respect and quality care and can participate in their care. This course covers the need to inform patients and residents in Minnesota about their rights and provides information about specific patient and resident rights.

This course helps meet the Minnesota Orientation and Annual Training Requirements on the Home Care Bill of Rights outlined in MINN. STAT. 144A.4796 & 144A.44 (2019).
