The good news is that it is possible to avoid the negative consequences of compassion fatigue and burnout through proper self-care. This course reviews the signs and symptoms to watch for and constructive ways to avoid or manage stress and fatigue. Using simple techniques that can be incorporated into your daily routine, it is possible to build resilience and continue to do the work you love. This course also reviews how to help team members who may be experiencing these negative consequences.
