Dr. Prelock coordinates parent training programs designed for caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorders
Sylvia Diehl, Ph.D., CCC-SLP
Sylvia F. Diehl, Ph.D., CCC-SLP is recently retired from the University of South Florida (USF) Department of Communication Sciences in Tampa, Florida, where she taught courses in autism, pediatric language and augmentative and alternative communication and was the team leader in the language/phonology clinic.
Tiffany Hutchins, Ph.D.
Tiffany L. Hutchins is an associate professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Vermont. She earned an interdisciplinary Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience in experimental psychology and communication sciences and disorders at the University of South Florida in 2002. Dr. Hutchins’ research focuses on social cognition in typical and atypical development and she has over 50 peer-reviewed and editor-reviewed journal publications, test reviews, and book chapters related to this topic.
Patrick Rydell, EdD, MS
Dr. Patrick J. Rydell is the Founder and Director of Rocky Mountain Autism Center and the developer of Autism on Call, LLC., RMAC's Online ASD Training Program. With more than 35 years of practice in the field of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), he has provided international and national training, workshops and program development to government agencies, medical facilities, universities, school districts, professionals and families.
Tom Buggey, PhD
Dr. Buggey worked in the field of special education as a teacher and supervisor in the US and Canada prior to receiving his PhD in Early Intervention from Penn State University in 1993. He then spent 14 years as a professor at The University of Memphis. While in Memphis he was the primary investigator on numerous grants, most of which provided technical assistance to schools and families.
Bonnie Brinton, Ph.D., CCC-SLP
Bonnie Brinton, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Communication Disorders at Brigham Young University (BYU), Provo, UT. Dr. Brinton has worked as a practicing speech language pathologist in school, clinic, and hospital settings. She has also worked as a research scientist at the University of Kansas, and an associate professor of speech language pathology at the University of Nevada, Reno.
