Before you attend MedBridge Live Webinars, make sure your computer is ready. Here's a checklist to prepare:

• Ensure that you have a strong internet connection
• Follow this link to test your computer's compatibility with ON24
• If you're having trouble accessing the webinar, disable pop-up blocker software and make sure Flash is enabled

Accessing the Webinar

Within 1-2 business days of registration, you will receive an email from ON24 with your personal link to access the webinar at its specified date and time. You will also receive a reminder email on the day of the webinar with the same link.

If you don't see the email, check your inbox and spam folder for a message from “[email protected].” If you are still unable to find the link, contact MedBridge Support.

Day of the Webinar

Right before the webinar begins, find the email with your access link from ON24 (search the title of the webinar, or “ON24" in your inbox). If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact MedBridge support at [email protected] or (206) 216-5003.

After the webinar concludes, you will need to take the webinar quiz and participant survey on MedBridge to receive your CEU credit. Participants must complete both webinar quiz and participant survey within seven days of the webinar to count for credit completion.

You can watch MedBridge Live Webinars on any device through your device's browser, no app download required. To access the webinar on your device, open the personalized link that you received in emails from ON24 in your device's browser.
