In addition, he serves as the assistant managing editor of Impact Magazine and is a lecturer in the University of Evansville Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. Craig received his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Evansville and his Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Southern Indiana.

Emily Elliott received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, and her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Her clinical experience is diverse, … spanning patient populations from ortho to neuro to peds, primarily in outpatient settings. Over the years, her experience in project management of clinical programs has shaped her passion for providing training for the real world that is immediately applicable. She is fueled by getting to the root cause of issues facing clinicians today in order to provide innovative solutions for better care. Jessica Heath-Byerly, PT, DPT, is the Executive Director of Clinical Education for CORA Physical Therapy. Jessica has spent the last fifteen years dedicated to the implementation and development of clinical professional development programs and improving patient outcomes. She … has extensive experience in residency and fellowship development, clinical mentoring, teaching, and faculty improvement. Jessica combines her passion for patient care with the evaluation and management of the movement system teaching lecture and lab for various organizations. Jessica serves on the ABPTRFE committee for Residency and Fellowship Program accreditation review. Jessica earned her DPT from Temple University, MS from Ithaca College, and is currently enrolled in EdD Human Performance Improvement Leadership. She originally received her orthopaedic specialist certification in 2004 and re-certified in 2014.
