Emmanuel Fajardo

Emmanuel Fajardo is the Regional Director, Rehabilitation Services Kaiser Permanente. In this role, his area of responsibility includes Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology Clinic and Hospital Services for Northern California. Dr. Fajardo works with Executive Leadership from the Medical Group and Health Plan to establish and implement a region-wide strategy to ensure consistent quality and delivery of rehabilitation services across the region. Working with medical center leaders in areas such as capacity planning, space planning, workflow changes, operational consulting, technology adoption, and performance-based change management approaches. His work with the Rehabilitation Services leaders is the key to establish real change in a large health care system. He is also the national business owner of On-line PT which was created in partnership with MedBridge.
