1. What Factors Influence Bracing Decisions in Athletes With Lumbar Spondylolisthesis?
It is crucial that the clinician accurately identify flexion vs. extension pain in athletes with lower back pain (LBP). Clinicians also must understand the diagnostic findings of the specific lesion, as this directly relates to return-to-play planning. Additionally, common movement impairments, often not identified in routine LBP care, can be identified and addressed through a movement-based regional interdependence approach.
