1. Risk Factors for Arm Injuries in Baseball
It is important for rehabilitation professionals to be aware of the increasing incidence of baseball injuries and the physical risk factors that contribute to time loss. This chapter will help the learner become familiar with common musculoskeletal injury risk factors in baseball players.
2. Testing to Identify Risk Factors and Arm Care Program Design
Using group-based arm care programs designed to address multiple risk factors is current practice, but these programs lack individualization. This chapter will help the learner use testing to design arm care programs that target the unique risk factors in individual baseball players.
