This course is designed to teach healthcare professionals how to utilize motivational psychology and marketing strategies to improve patient adherence to their home exercise program (HEP). HEP adherence is a critical factor toward helping patients achieve their goals. Unfortunately, many patients have difficulty adhering to their home exercise programs, thereby limiting their ability to achieve positive outcomes. Healthcare professionals who prescribe home exercise programs can use motivational psychology and marketing strategies to improve the odds of their patients completing their HEPs and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This course will give participants practical tools based on psychology to improve their patients' ability to achieve their goals.
